Service Description
Join in for a fun, well rounded flow of poses for all fitness levels to try. Learn poses together and their benefits, talk about ways to become more in tune with the body and ease the mind. Inspired by my training and experiences I strive to design creative, dynamic, and safe sequences that consist of stress relieving and reenergizing poses while providing options for variations along the way. Class opens up with breathing exercises, then show our joints some love with mobility focused movements. All before gently moving to work our way through the flow of the day. After reaching the “Pose of the Day” we will cool down and close out with a short guided meditation. There’s also time set aside at the then for Q&A. So grab a mat, some props (pillows, yoga blocks, blanket, towel, yoga straps etc) and water and take this journey thru yoga with us! After registration you will receive an email with information needed before attending class .
