RETURN & REFUND POLICY
14-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.
14-DAY RETURN CONDITIONS:
* Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
* Exchange for a different length or item, the amount of the goods will be recalculated.
* Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
* Each order only allows return once.
* Although some areas enjoy free postage, we actually bear the freight for each order ($18-$30), so once the refund is made, the freight will not be refunded.
KuroLotuz will not reimburse or pay for return shipping or re-delivery shipping costs except the following circumstances
* Customer received the wrong item.
* The item is broken, defective. (For broken or defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
HOW TO RETURN?
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate invoice. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact us to get further details of returning address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a confirmation of your return to the email address associated with your account. Once submitted, refunds will be transferred to your bank account in two to five business days, which depends on your bank.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING?
Domestic:
NON-Custom Items: Most items will be shipped within 48 working hours, after which delivery can be expected in approximately 8 - 11 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping, but please note that it can take several days before the status is updated due to the limitations of the courier systems.
Custom Items: Custom designed items will take 1 - 2 weeks to create and produce. After production, items will be shipped within 48 working hours, after which delivery can be expected in approximately 3 - 8 business days. All orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided via email after shipping.
*Please note that all custom orders are made to order. These orders may take 1 - 2 weeks to process due to each piece being individually made and inspected for quality assurance.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
For regular items, it will approximately take 1-2 business days for your order to be completely processed.
After that, the shipping period within the United States will take 4-8 business days, Please keep in mind that during holidays the shipping time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
For all of our customized items, the orders will approximately take 1-2 weeks to be crafted and completely processed, after that, we will ship the item according to the shipping method you selected at checkout
KUROLOTUZ LLC will not be held responsible for any shipping transfers that may be delayed or affected caused by customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes nor any additional fees
If you would like to make an exchange or return, please contact zfulani@kurolotuzdefense.com to initiate the return/exchange. We will provide you with return instructions. All orders placed within 14 days of date of delivery are eligible for return/exchange. If the item is returned and upon inspection is deemed worn, you will not be refunded and will be required to pay shipping to have it returned to you. We carefully inspect all returns/exchanges to ensure they are in mint condition.
ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE
I want to provide the best shopping experience for our tribe! While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date of your package, there are some factors that may cause that to change:
Delays in credit/PayPal approval
Delays caused by weather conditions
Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:
The sufficient time needed to create your custom-made and special ordered items (all custom orders take 1 -2 weeks to create)
The shipping method you selected at checkout**
Undeliverable Packages:
We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure a reliable and safe delivery location for the package.
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an improper, incomplete or invalid address, you will be offered the options of reshipping the package, for a $15 shipping and handling fee, or canceling the order. If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days of the failed delivery, we will proceed with cancelation.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
KUROLOTUZ LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and deem the order agreement fulfilled upon successful indication of delivery, per the associated tracking number.
We rely on our customers to provide an accurate delivery address and to ensure its reliability and security for safe delivery, including monitoring tracking updates for prompt retrieval upon delivery. If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you have not received the package, please double check that you've provided the correct address, after which we recommend the following:
Look to see if a notice of attempted delivery was left
Look in your mailbox and around the delivery location- the courier may have left it somewhere less conspicuous (e.g. by the garage, on the front porch, in the decorative antique mailbox on the house, etc.)
Ask anyone you live with if they found the package (e.g. roommate takes the package in and puts it up for safe keeping, and then forgets until asked)
Check with your neighbors, particularly if you have similar house numbers
If you're still not able to locate the package after checking all points above, please contact us. Dependent on the circumstances, we may be able to provide additional resources to help you find a positive solution.
